　　在学院领导信任和指导下，我担任了20xx级化学新生班班主任工作。作为班主任，基本任务是全面贯彻党的教育方针，按照德、智、体全面发展的要求，来实施对班级的教育和管理工作，使每一位学生都得到健康全面发展。3个月匆匆而过，现做如下总结：

　　一、对学生进行思想品德教育

　　这是班主任工作的主要任务，也是班级工作的重点。我认为班主任首先要关心爱护学生，再对他们进行思想品德教育。教育他们热爱祖国，树立为中华的振兴而奋发向上的思想。刚刚进入大学的新生，来到新环境，既有进入到大学的兴奋，又对自己来到二本学校和我们化学专业心有不甘，在这种矛盾心态下，必须稳定他们的情绪，正确引导他们对化学专业的认识，让他们能顺利适应大学学习环境，为此，在新生报到的第二天即9月2号晚上，把45个学生集中起来，进行主题为“学会做人，学会学习”的班会，告戒他们进入大学，首先学会做人，来到新环境，要学会尊重他人，团结同学，搞好人际关系;学会学习，因为大学的教育教学模式跟中学大不相同，必须学会独立、自律、自强，课程多、任务重，必须学会自觉主动学习，培养自学能力;学会认识自己，要去发现自己的'兴趣所在，不要盲目认为本专业不好，要是自己在大学这样一个自由发展的空间张开自己的潜能，努力打造和提升自己。进入常规教育教学学习后，听学长和同学之间对化学专业的议论，对他们产生了一定的影响，10月31日，我又请化学专业大三学生徐焕(国家奖学金申请者)，到班上跟他们进行交流，以他的学习历程来引导我班学生，取得了很好的效果。我平时常常到班走动，了解他们学习和活动情况。经常跟学生交流，增强学生集体观念，培养高尚的情操，想蹬促20xx化学班形成一个遵守纪律、团结向上、朝气蓬勃的集体，打造好“20xx化学班”这个品牌。

　　二、重视班委班风建设

　　现代教育理论告诉我们，要组织一个成功的班级，班主任首先要选择一些品学兼优、责任心强、乐意为同学服务的学生担任班队干部，进行培养和教育，使之成为同学的榜样，带动其他同学不断进取，形成正确的集体舆论和优良的班风。

　　在班干部的产生过程中，我认为教师的包办代替，必定会使班干部失去群众基础，给日后的工作带来不必要的困难，是不可取的!但是，单纯的所谓的“民主”，让学生完全“自决”，由于是新生大家彼此间都不熟悉，做到完全“民主”不可能。采取的办法是先自荐，然后集中，让学生进行投票选举，权衡，最后再根据所选出的学生干部的气质、性格类型、特点特长以及能力的差异进行分工，优化班委会组合。目前以杨代斌(班长)、游辉(团支书)、沈菲(副班长)、向咪(学习委员)、毛俊豪(体育委员)、何浩(宣传委员)、王真(文艺委员)、刘浩(生活委员)、郭艳慧(生活委员)、夏雷(组织委员)、余凤(组织委员)组成的班干部班子，各行其职、各显其能，团结协作，把班级工作开展得有声有色。实践证明，在民主选举的基础上，经过优化组合而产生的班委会，得到了同学们的信任和拥护，具有较强的战斗力。

　　班主任对班干部，不能只是使用，还应该进行教育和培养。我经常教育他们树立为集体服务的光荣感和责任感，要求他们努力学习、团结同学、以身作则，鼓励他们既要大胆工作，又要严格要求，注意工作方法。当然，选出的干部毕竟不是完人，因此对他们不能过分苛求、指责，特别是在工作出现失误的时候。对班委会的工作要经常检查，而切要给予具体的指导和帮助，既不能包办代替，也不能班上的工作全部推给班干部自己放手不管。召开班干部会议，组织他们学会制订计划及具体措施，检查落实情况，总结得失，并加以改进，教会他们如何分辨是非，及时阻止同学中的不良行为。而对于班干部在班级中的不良行为，决不姑息，鼓励他们以身作则并带动其他同学，促进整个班级的管理工作。

　　三、积极参与学校、学院的各项活动

　　集体是在活动中产生的，活动又促进集体团结和进步。通过活动扩大班干部在同学中的积极影响，通过活动加强同学之间的协作精神和团体意识，通过活动锻炼学生各方面的能力，发挥他们的潜能和所长。这样既能使班干部在班级纪律及常规管理上起到明显的效果，又能使同学之间因此养成团结友爱、互助协作的习惯，在班级中孕育积极向上、勇于进取的风气，使班级成为一个和谐、充满正气的大家庭。

　　目前，我班已形成一个良好的班级，尽管在开展的各项活动中，没有拿到突出的成绩，我相信20xx化学班的学生们会交出满意的答卷，我也会在以后的工作中一如既往地热爱他们、引导他们，和他们一同进步!
