考核说明:

1、被考评人做本月工作总结(单独文本),并填写此表格中工作中需要改进和不足之处、下月工作计划、

所需支持资源等内容,对自我工作进行评分后交于考评人,即直接上级;

2、考评人根据其考核期的工作完成情况和综合表现进行全面考核,将分数写到相应评价一栏。

(可作为季度、半年度、年度绩效考核成绩参考);

3、考评人与被考评人面谈,充分沟通后,签字确认考评分数,工作计划;

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
流程:每月1号自评→每月2号上级评分→总经理审批→每月5号前人事部归档,作为绩效工资核发的参考依据
