  1、按照公司的计划对所负责的.客户合理编排服务计划并实施执行;

  2、能够完成客户虫害风险点的排查并编制服务报告,并与客户进行日常沟通,编制风险排除计划;

  3、掌握有害生物防治基础知识,经过培训、实操后能具备四种以上虫害解决能力;

  4、定期进行日报、周报、月报,汇报对象为主管领导。

有害生物岗位职责2

  1、为客户(如酒店、食品工厂、餐饮娱乐、物业、医疗机构、教育机构、私人住宅等)提供彻底而专业的虫害防治服务。

  2、严格按照公司的规定流程和相关安全规范进行操作,出色完成客户现场的服务工作。

  3、负责虫鼠害设施、设备的巡检工作并提供持续有效的`虫害活动监控,向现有客户和新客户介绍奔奔控虫的服务要点和先进的综合虫害管理体系。

  4、负责客户现场虫害防治服务及相关支持性工作,并正确地书写服务作业单,及时沟通和解决客户服务过程中发生的问题。

  ensure the achievement of the defined sales target in terms of turnover, anp, obs and quality aspects, abiding to company guidelines

  遵循公司的相关规定,确保既定销售目标的达成,包括销量,anp,退货和质量等要求

  forecast the business in terms of stores sell- in, sell- out, stock and resources (promo, pg, decoration, anp)

  预测门店销量的进货,出货,库存及相关所需资源(促销活动、促销员、装饰、 anp )

  ensure the execution of the activities established from the marketing, trade- marketing in terms of brands, distribution and visibility (shelf-planogram, 2nd placement guideline, check- outs)

  根据品牌、分销和陈列的要求(包括货架陈列、二次陈列及收银台陈列),确保市场部及通路行销部规划的市场活动的执行

  ensure the execution of the key account agreements (customer hq) at store level

  确保重点客户团队与重点客户总部达成的协议和活动在门店的执行

  analyze and control business data/ results and define improvement initiatives

  分析和控制业务数据/结果,并确定改进计划

  plan the routing of sales representative and merchandiser and ensure conformity by sales representative

  计划客户业务发展主任和理货员的路线,并确保拜访路线的吻合率

  coordinate with merchandiser supervisor the deployment of merchandisers in the field

  协调理货主管,合理部署理货员

  communication to other departments in terms of improvement, problems and suggestions of the team
